Receive Authorization
Once approved, we will provide a prepaid insured shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form to include in your package.
Securely Package
Place the jewelry in its original luxury packaging and ensure the box is securely sealed to protect the precious gemstones during transit.
Inspection and Refund
Upon receipt, our gemologists will inspect the item for quality assurance, and your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
